Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the types of content and conduct that are permitted and prohibited on iShe. By using iShe, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Permitted Use
iShe is a software and services platform that helps independent creators distribute and market promotional content to channels of their choosing. Permitted use includes:
- Uploading promotional videos that you own or have the right to distribute
- Using our dashboard, analytics, and SmartLink tools for your creator business
- Distributing content to marketing channels you select
- Building and growing your audience through lawful means
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, distribute, or use iShe to process any content that:
- Depicts minors.Any content involving individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. We report suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
- Is non-consensual.Content depicting any individual without their explicit, documented consent is prohibited. This includes revenge content, hidden camera footage, and content posted without the participant's permission.
- Infringes copyright or trademarks. Do not upload content you did not create or do not have the rights to distribute. See our DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.
- Is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions where the content will be distributed.
- Depicts violence, cruelty, or abuse. Real-world violence, torture, bestiality, or content promoting self-harm is prohibited.
- Incites hate. Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic.
- Contains malware or scams. No phishing, malware, fake promotions, or fraudulent schemes.
- Violates destination platform rules. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of service of each marketing channel you select for distribution.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to access another user's account, content, or data without authorization
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our platform
- Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with iShe without our written permission
- Interfering with the service's operation or security
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, abuse promotions, or manipulate analytics
- Using iShe for any illegal purpose or to violate any applicable law
4. Age Verification
All users of iShe must be at least 18 years of age. All individuals depicted in content uploaded to iShe must also be at least 18 years of age at the time of recording. By uploading content, you confirm that this requirement is met and that you have records to prove it if requested by law enforcement or our compliance team.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to hello@ishelab.com with the subject line "Abuse Report". Include links, descriptions, and any evidence that may help us investigate. We review reports within 24–48 hours and take appropriate action.
For suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), we recommend also reporting directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion for violations of this AUP. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking enforcement action.
7. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of iShe after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
